The café collection features feminine curves, strength, and durability while retaining a light and airy visual feel. The café collection works great indoors as well as out.

9. The Kinn Outdoor Furniture Family Is Growing

Vestre added to the contemporary Kinn family, designed by Anderssen & Voll, with the addition of new chairs and tables. The organic additions are easy to move around and created for comfort, with an aluminum base and flowing wooden slats. Kinn is well-suited to residential and commercial spaces, beckoning to anyone nearby to have a seat.

8. The Aluminum + Teak Dining Collection Is a New Reason to Dine Al Fresco

Outdoor furniture brand Outer dipped its toe into the outdoor dining experience with this collection. Versatile and able to accommodate up to 12 people in its foldable teak framed director’s chairs, the Aluminum + Teak Dining Collection feels like a direct extension of your home.

7. Elements of South Africa Influenced the Aarde Range of Planters

Designer Sebastian Herkner and luxury manufacturer Indigenus teamed up to create and release the Aarde range of oversized planters. The subtly overlapping layers of the design add unexpected depth, while the earthy colors of the pieces tell part of a design story inspired by a trip to South Africa.

6. ÀTRIA: A Sustainable, Four Season Outdoor Kitchen

Abimis’ sustainable outdoor kitchen, ÀTRIA, is flexible, efficient, and customizable. A collaboration with Studio Delineo and Massimo Rosati resulted in this open, modular kitchen that meets the needs and requirements of anyone cooking outside. No matter the size of the space, ÀTRIA can make it work.

5. To Grow a Building Uses Local Soil + Roots as Building Materials

With an eye towards the climate crisis, a group of designers created an outdoor performative lab space during Jerusalem Design Week 2022. Following the theme of ‘For Now,’ To Grow a Building proposes using local soil and roots as structural elements that would germinate, bloom, dry up, and produce a new material before doing it all again.

4. Make Small Outdoor Spaces More Functional With URBN Balcony

A modular outdoor system that can add function to smaller spaces, URBN Balcony is modular in design. Created by Unopiù in collaboration with Meneghello Paolelli Associati, the structure is made from resistant iroku wood and can be attached to a wall or the ceiling, then personalized further with various accessories.

2. If You Want To Be Outdoors the Obello Lamp Wants To Join You

Bill Curry designed the Obello Lamp in 1971, but it wasn’t produced until until now. Thanks to GUBI, we can all enjoy its glass mushroom-shaped form 51 years later. Obello features a frosted, mouth-blown glass shade and dimmable LED light, making it a breeze to move between the indoors and outdoors.

1. The B&B Italia Outdoor Collection 2022 Expands Two Existing Ranges

Adding to two existing ranges – Borea and Pablo – B&B Italia expanded upon the brand’s modern elegance. Borea, designed by Piero Lissoni, adds a series of sunbeds, while Pablo, designed by Vincent Van Duysen, supplements the collection’s original armchair to create a broader set of furniture.
